2005 MAX Awards

At every Macromedia conference, there is an awards competition. This year will be no exception. The 2005 Max Awards has a variety of categories, including “Media, Entertainment, and Gaming Experiences” and “E-Learning Experiences.”
The first guideline states: “The project should be distinctive. This can mean groundbreaking development, a particularly beautiful piece of design, interesting/unusual content—or just something that you can’t imagine anyone else has done.”
I had something in the competition back in 1997. It lost to a multi-million-dollar Disney Web site.
I’ll be at the MAX conference this year reporting for Director Online. So if I see any good Director projects in the competition, I’ll try to mention them here or at Director Online.
