Adobe Starts Director Blog
Allen Partridge, Adobe Director Evangelist, has started a blog! It is called Shockwaves. So it looks like we’ve got a place to go to look for bits of news about a new version of Director.

Reminds me of the Tom Higgins days… Since Director is postponed once again I sincerely hope Adobe and Guru-supreme Allen Partridge make Director’s return worthwhile… I really hope it.

Frequently the reason behind the desire to write this type of paper remains unclear. However, once the events are recounted and recorded, it becomes clear that the writer is striving to find the universal truth.Personal experience essay

This may be a little drawn-on but, since I misssed the Director 11 discussion by four hours. I’d like to hopefully-submit a take. I once suggested that Director 12 & up incorporate/integrate AutoDesk’s Maya but I thought tonight and maybe if that wouldn’t be feasible ..try putting a Maya-like interface as a working point-window ?starting at Director 12.. Then people who like the sheer ruggedness of Director 12 get that and in Director(13)for example has cool-add ons like Physics accel–+Water reflections etc. also a Director 12 with Maya-like beginning would be a nice match-up/pair with Flash CS4 and the mentioned Inverse-kinethis started..
