I’ve just taken over as Managing Editor of Director Online. This site has a ton of Director-related articles, including a year’s worth of my Lingo Lounge column. Darrel Plant will remain as the Editor of the site, taking care of adding new articles. The site was in Cold Fusion, but since I don’t know Cold Fusion, I worked all last week to switch it to PHP. A few features, like myDoug, the poll and the job boards are gone. But I plan on adding a few new features in the next month.
I’m not sure how this will affect Developer Dispatch. I’ll definitely keep updating this blog, but the forums and resource links may need to merge with Director Online.

I just finished editing on Special Edition Using Director MX for QUE. The book should be out sometime in May. I don’t see a preorder page up at Amazon yet, but Barnes and Nobles lists it.
I worked hard to do a complete overhaul of the whole book. I added lots of 3D stuff and geared the book more toward intermediate-advanced users. It might be the only Director MX reference book on the market, as I don’t know of any others coming out.
